The ENERGY+ garden equipmentexpands the range of cordless tools with products dedicated to outdoor work. The offer includes a range of power tools for pruning, such as chainsaws, secateurs and lawnmowers, as well as cleaning tools such as a pressure washers and leaf blowers. Additional power tools, such as flashlights, a compressor or a radio, complete the range.

All the presented tools work on a single battery system -ENERGY+. With this solution, it is possible to freely configure the set of products and select the optimal number of batteries needed. An additional benefit of cordless garden equipment is that it is lighter and quieter than internal combustion engines, independent of the power source. They are also an environmentally friendly.Another advantage of the rechargeable Energy+ system is its compatibility not only with the GRAPHITE brand, but also with selected NEO Tools products. Any battery-powered product from Neo Tools brand will work with the Energy+ system.

Such solution significantly expands the rangeand gives users more options for using the tools. The Energy+ system is one of the few that works with as many as two brands.

Pruning shrubs and branches

Pruning shrubs and trees is an important maintenance procedure, which affects the appearance, health, and abundance of blooming of plants. Spring pruning should be started at the end of winter when the frosts have stopped so that the plants can form beautifully and recover from the winter. Decorative pruning should be done regularly during the season to keep our shrubs and hedges looking beautiful and healthy. A battery-powered hedge trimmer will be essential in this respect. It’s comfortable and efficient to use thanks to the swivel handle and ergonomic switch. They will allow you to work without a power source for a minimum of one hour (depending on battery status, charge level, and ambient temperature). Smaller pruning power tools are just as powerful as shears. The cordless pruner is able to cut branches with a diameter of max. 30 mm. If you are looking for a multi-tool for pruning then a 2-in-1 Garden Appliance on a boom with interchangeable heads for a chainsaw and hedge trimmer would be a good choice.

Grass cutting

Taking care of the lawn is also an important part of caring for the garden after winter. The first mowing should be done when the stalks have reached at least 6 cm. One of the cordless mowers will help you look after the grass. These devices allow you to conveniently adjust the cutting height without trailing cables. To finish mowing hard-to-reach areas at the edges, where small tufts of grass are left, we can use a trimmer. It's worth buying a cordless one, as the power cable on electric trimmers can be at risk of being cut due to their large working range. GRAPHITE grass trimmers have a telescopic handle and convenient handle length adjustment from 1 to 1.4 metres. We can choose between trimmers with automatic line feed or blade feed systems. The trimmers are distinguished by their wide cutting ranges (254-280 mm).

Pruning trees and branches

There are times in the garden when we need to cut thicker wood than twigs or shrubs. If you are preparing firewood, it is a good idea to have an axe or chainsaw on hand. A battery-powered chainsaw can cope with cutting strips and fresh wood. These types of chainsaws are quiet (compared to petrol chainsaws), work efficiently, and are non-polluting. Most chainsaws of this type can be tensioned without the need for additional tools.

Tidying up the garden

Autumn and spring are the seasons that aid tidying up the garden. In spring, there is usually not much waste in the garden because the vegetation has gone dormant during the winter, whereas autumn is the time of year when leaves can fall and linger on the lawn. It's a good idea to clean up regularly and a garden blower or hoover with a shredding function will help to prepare garden waste for compost or disposal. They vary in power but they are both comfortable to use and compatible with the Energy+ system batteries.

Other garden works

After the hard physical work, it is usually time for more pleasant fitting-out works like painting, and decorating. For painting fences, garden furniture, or gazebos, the powerful HVLP ENERGY + spray gun comes in handy. It features 243 W of power and HVLP technology, which is renowned for its high efficiency. It allows you to coat surfaces with paint in three different settings: vertically, horizontally and with a circular spray.

If everything in the garden has already been cleaned and prepared and the weather is good, you can get on with servicing the leisure equipment, e.g. balls, bikes, and mattresses. For this purpose, cordless compressors will be indispensable. They offer a working pressure of 7-11 bar, which is sufficient to inflate even car tyres. Several attachments are included and the compressors are small and handy, so you can easily pack them in your boot for a long trip.

Additional equipment

In addition to power tools, the ENERGY+ System also offers work-supporting devices that are compatible with the same batteries. It is a good idea to be in possession of several rechargeable batteries so that we can use the same power source for many devices at the same time. We can use a rechargeable LED lamp to lighten the work area. This is a very convenient solution because we can work outside as much as we need and the lamp can be freely positioned and even hung thanks to the adjustable handle and stable base.

Let's not forget about things that make work more pleasant! A portable rechargeable radio has a set of two speakers, each with 15 watts of power, as well as a practical 2.4" colour screen for displaying the current frequency, for example. The radio allows you to use the FM function or conveniently switch to Bluetooth 5.0 mode.

Chargers and rechargeable batteries

The Energy + system offers 3 types of batteries and two chargers compatible with the power tools from the system. It is worth stocking up on several batteries and a dual charger so that you always have a replacement battery available. Characterised by high durability and performance, the 18 V lithium-ion batteries are available in 3 capacities: 2, 4, and 6-Ah.

If the tool functions in a short time and does not consume a lot of power, a 2 Ah battery, which is smaller and lighter, is a better option. For demanding tools that are expected to be more powerful, it is best to go for a 4 or 6-Ah battery.
